We are excited to announce the promotions of three colleagues: Leah Montner-Dixon to Associate Insights Director, Reed Kiely to Associate Insights Director, and Karolina Guillen to Insights Manager.
All three play pivotal roles in developing the VAB’s Insights Library, which inspires marketers to reimagine their media strategies and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
“We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of Leah, Reed and Karolina—who, each individually and as a team, have made immense contributions to the video advertising ecosystem,” said Jason Wiese, Senior Vice President, Director of Strategic Insights, VAB. “Their exceptional ability to turn unique insights into data-driven storytelling has helped inspire marketers to think differently and ultimately drive better business outcomes.”
Leah Montner-Dixon has been promoted to Associate Insights Director from Insights Manager.
Over the last five years, Montner-Dixon has been an invaluable team member, and her ability to fully immerse herself in important industry topics has allowed her to be instrumental in the creation of the VAB’s most impactful marketer’s guides on audience-based buying, consumer trends, video streaming and direct-to-consumer strategies.
Reed Kiely has been promoted to Associate Insights Director from Insights Manager.
Kiely has been an integral part of the VAB over the last five years and is a key force behind developing some of the most vital outcomes-based attribution analyses across categories such as direct-to-consumer, multicultural and political, while also contributing immensely to custom insights on audience-based buying.
Karolina Guillen has been promoted to Insights Manager from Senior Insights Analyst.
During her three years, Guillen’s innate curiosity has enabled her to play a critical role in the development of most Insights content including video streaming, audience-based buying, multicultural strategies and attribution while also being the chief author of the VAB’s popular bi-annual marketer’s guide, Welcome To TV.
